I’m currently high performance coach working with athletes primarily in karate but other sports as well such as basketball, football , track and fields etc.

During my career I’ve been working as a sport consultant for many national teams and individual such as Chile, Dominican Republic , USA , Canada, Hong Kong, Thailand,Singapore , Bulgaria and Croatia .

I’m a coach of an Olympic bronze medalist , world and Asian Games medalist, European junior and senior medalists , Pan American Games team champions , Pan American junior gold medalist among the others . Currently I’m a national team coach for team Croatia .

NATIONAL KATA COACH
HONG KONG SPORTS INSTITUTE

  • Taught a range of sport-specific skills in a clear, safe manner.

  • Coordinate, design, and implement training plan and programmes for elite athletes in Hong Kong.

  • Monitor athlete performance through comprehensive, multi-method assessment and regular evaluation with sport science department.

  • Provide timely and critically analyzed progress reports to the HKSI and The Karatedo Association of Hong Kong, China.

  • Responsible for administrative matters related to local and overseas squad training and competitions.

  • Budget planning.

  • Supervise Assistant Coaches and part-time coaches.

  • Assist the HKSI and The Karatedo Association of Hong Kong China with coach education programmes.

  • Built strong rapport with athletes and assistants before, during and after coaching seasons.

  • Maintained thorough knowledge of all rules, game procedures, coaching techniques and current trends in Karate.

  • Developing program for the preschool children (4-7yrs).
